I just started coaching with my local NICA chapter this season and it's been incredible to see the camaraderie, growth, and determination of these kids. From the youngest just getting into mountain biking and pushing themselves beyond their perceived boundaries, to the high schoolers who are continually striving to compete at a higher level - it has been truly inspiring to be a part of. The organization has also helped the local mountain biking community with donated work/time and also through increased visibility.

On a selfish note, helping others work on their fundamentals has also made me a better mountain biker too. Win/win!
