Review for Saffyre Sanctuary, Inc., Sylmar, CA, USA
100% volunteer. All heart. The horses are not ridden, they are allowed to be themselves. They have emotional, physical and mental issues. These are the hard luck cases. Hopefully they will receive more funding.
