Review for Operation Interdependence, Grand Junction, CO, USA
This organization, in my small town of Gilroy, CA, has beed providing deployed troops with goodies since 9/11. It operates 100% with donations, by volunteers. Even the office space where letter writing and boxing occurs is donated.
They have always been able to ship 10-15, sometimes as many as 20 boxes (each box having 25 baggies) per month only having to stand down, for a short time, during Covid. What I love is that inside each little quart size bag of "treats" or hotel-toiletries is a handwritten note of appreciation and sending a "little taste of home"..
