Review for Grist Magazine, Inc., Seattle, WA, USA
Grist is one of my daily reads that help me interpret and see the humor of issues that can be otherwise overwhelming. I read it to keep up with all the angles of food issues and topics around sustainability. I especially appreciate Philpott's research and writing and his ability to respond to comments based on the facts and I like Umbra for the irreverent peek into life that I otherwise would not view.
