I have been a volunteer with Fidos for Freedom for ten years. I first started at Fidos as a therapy dog team, along with my dog, Dallas. Every visit we did, Dallas made at least one deep connection with someone in need, relieving their suffering or sadness for at least a few minutes. After Dallas passed on, I continued to volunteer because of the amazing people and dogs in the organization. This is truly a group where many people and dogs do a tremendous amount of good for so many others.
