I have learned of the needs and how the Malawi Project helps the Malawian people. Goods for everyday living such as food and clothing are provided. Medical equipment and supplies that are surplus in America go to hospitals and clinics that need them so badly. Assistance with food projects such as greenhouses to grow tomatoes, developing farms to grow fish, providing a new way to plant maize and researching other procedures and knowledge to increase food production. As an adviser/consultant it gives myself a way to give back from the many years of agricultural experience gained and apply it to the needs of the Malawians. The Malawi Project assists rather than doing. It enables Malawians in doing it themselves.

The Malawi Project provides assistance to it's recipients based upon what they need and not what the charity thinks they need. Board members and others serve without pay making funds go much further. Programs have been developed to assist in agriculture, medical, educ ational, spiritual and other areas. The complete person is served. Best nonprofit I know of.
