I feel awareness is the beginning of the journey to work towards allyship and adaptation. The IDI assessment made me aware of where I was as a person and our organization aware of the spectrum. My interactions through the CulturAll journey were meaningful and thoughtful, and they helped me lay out the structure for my personal growth and development. I know the roadmap we have will help our organization grow together.
