YWAM MBI has been able to teach us on organizational growth and assess our place in that growth for our organization. Through this process they have been able to advise and give perspective as to where we are at and give relevant direction and instructions in adapting to our rapid growth.
We have experienced how they create a depth in team through personal assessments and explaining how our strengths and weakness can work better together, creating a more cohesive team. They have given us tools to help us have more productive team meetings. Their ability to equip our leaders through Training the Trainer, has increased our ability to raise up leadership within our staff.
As a young pioneering organization their partnership has helped us strategically navigate our fast growth with a sense of clarity on how to move forward. We are very grateful to them for their experience and ability to clearly give guidance. Their commitment to lifting the hands of our missionary campus by giving us tools that are useful and solid creates a stable foundation for us to fulfill our mission of Reaching the Unreached!
