As exciting and rewarding as it is to start, grow, and lead a ministry, it is incredibly challenging. It requires a keen focus on fundraising, recruiting staff, developing staff, creating a strategic plan, financial management, complying with government laws (including visas, not-for-profit establishment, and tax and labor laws), in addition to knowing how to lead and inspire people. Most ministry leaders have experience and expertise in one or two of those areas, but rarely all of them.

The staff of Mission Builders International serve as professional coaches, advisors and consultants to ministry leaders in all of these areas. Each of their staff brings unique skills, experience and education in one or more of the core areas above.

As a missionary for over 16 years who served in senior leadership of 100+ missionaries, I have personally experienced firsthand the challenges and obstacles of leading ministries. And I thus have a keen appreciation for the services provided by Mission Builders International. Not only are they the only ministry I know of that provides these services, but they do so at a low cost that you would never be able to find or match in the marketplace.

I have personally observed the impact MBI has had on several sizable ministries in Asia and the USA - helping them to establish a strong strategic plan, grow the capabilities and capacity of their leadership teams, complete the design and construction of large facilities, and grow their overall ministry impact.
