Review for Springfield Rescue Mission (SRM), Springfield, MA, USA
I am a local area Pastor of Music & Worship and I have had several opportunities to serve at the mission. They are an have been an example of faithfulness and generosity through the years and their recovery program is well run and thorough. They have made a major impact for good not only on the men who regularly find shelter and healing from life's storms but also on the community at large with their Thanksgiving meals, Operation Sunshine runs (which distribute food to needy family within Springfield) and their program to collect school materials packed in a backpack for underprivileged children beginning their school year.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Volunteer my time, which others have done, to help renovate certain areas of the building. The building they are using is older and would benefit from renovation.
