I first heard about Peaceful Heart five years ago at an EFT group just before I flew to Kenya on my work with girls fleeing FGM.
In just one day they opened our eyes to the possibility of making vast emotional changes with people suffering PTSS or anyone in physical emotional turmoil . We learnt the technique , the aspiration of getting people to gain self help for their trauma .
For me it was revolutionary . They gave me the confidence to try this abroad and it worked …
There is NO psychological support in many areas abroad , in institutions where trauma is prevalent ie prisons , refugee camps .and schools . I’ve seen first hand the difference their teaching has grown . Pyramid schemes get bad press but this is what happens here . One person teaches five which teaches 50 and so on . It will change the dynamics of families as mothers do it to their children and so on. .
Gunilla and Ulf have created psychological support where there is none, and for that they deserve as much recognition and applauds as possible .
