Gunilla & Ulf are doing outstanding training with a follow up by monthly online meetings and WhatsApp group interaction. Though I am already certified @PHN it‘s so great to engage in both of the opportunities for sharing & learning in an ongoing process. As a volunteer I appreciate this method, because it‘s trauma sensitive and less words are needed. Also it‘s so easy to learn & pass it on and also the effects of reducing stress-symptoms and building resiliency is a benefit for all who are practicing it. As a working as a volunteer with refugees, this experience, offered training and the method it self means a lot for me. It‘s a great tool for support, especially because it works also without words, if we are lost in translation. The trainers are lovely, engaged, welcoming and supportive.
I‘m proud to be a small part of the TTT helping people, where help is needed. Thank you Ulf & Gunilla!!!
