10 feral cats were scheduled to be euthanized last week at a rural animal control that does not believe in TNR. My rescue had surgeries available and had barn programs set up for the cats. We needed help paying for the surgeries for spay and neuter. Shadow cats responded immediately to our plea for funding. We were able to tag all of the cats 30 minutes before euthanasia. The cats were sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped and moved from an absolute hell hole to safe barn programs. This gave me the courage to step up to the animal control shelter and I have a meeting with the advisory board this week to request the beginning of a TNR program in that small town. Shadow Cats has sent me information to help aide me in this fight. They are incredible
