I have seen the Katal center move forward on social justice issues , Less is More was a milestone piece of legislation . The work continues as I have written a piece of legislation that is making its rounds for an inmate release account that is revenue neutral, and provides a measure of release funds for men and woman being released who have served five or more years. Katal has expressed interest in assisting in the advancement of this legislation. Senator Kevin Thomas has the legislation being reviewed by counsel and Sen Jamal Bailey and Brooklyn D. A Eric Gonzalez have also expressed interest in this proposed change too Corrections Law. S. Germenis
