My family adopted two kittens from AWLA's Kitten College in 2020. The Kitten College is a national leader in rescuing neonatal kittens like our girls. It was such a wonderful experience that we decided to become fosters with the Kitten College and have raised, socialized and helped find forever homes for 12 neonatal kittens in our first year. Now I also volunteer in the shelter in a variety of capacities, and am continually impressed with each and every staff member and their commitment to serving animals, their people, and the community. The organization is so successful that it often helps less resourced shelters in the region. They truly are "all in for animals."
