There aren’t enough words to express the gratitude for the routine practice and dedication of SCHOOL Yoga. I have been using the program for 3 years in my classroom. All virtual due to the pandemic.

I am looking forward to being the conduit to calm hearts, calm breathing, and calm brains.

Our children are dealing with a lot on a daily basis and I know that with consistent practice, the students will have tools to make good decisions and find peace.
