I have been working as a Trainer for the Safe School Ambassadors Program since 2006 and have trained at hundreds of schools across the USA and in Guam and Canada. One consistent element of the program that keeps me connected to this work is the way it allows students to recognize that they have the power to change the school climate. See participants move from Bystanders to Upstanders is an incredible experience.
