Tracy Community Connections is one of a kind. It is not only a non profit but it is a community of wonderful talented compassionate people who dedicate themselves to working with one of society’s most vulnerable populations, individuals who are homeless or at risk. The administration works diligently to create macro solutions/changes/programs to ending homelessness in the city. The staff and volunteers work at the forefront of the populations most critical major needs through individualized case management. TCCC works closely with the population to assist them overcome barriers and obstacles homeless may face. While providing essential services such as mobile showers/laundry. They partner with other community agencies and create a network of connected individuals serving a greater purpose to better the lives of the homeless and assist them in regaining independence and stability.
