I was beyond excited when I heard the news that Wild Love Preserve had a donor step up (big time!)!! WLP is now at home and in operation on their new permanent 10,000 acre preserve in Oregon! The gorgeous property is exactly what the Challis wilds needed with vast rolling hills and valleys to explore and roam just as they were intended to but now they can do so safely and forever! I was fortunate to visit them last weekend when I captured this stallion who came up to Andrea to say, 'thank you'. Andrea has been working tirelessly for 12 years to make this a reality but there is much more work to be done to settle in, hay to purchase this year before they can grow their own going forward and equipment needed. I will continue to share & support this amazing nonprofit!
