Started volunteering at the ACAPL in March 2022. Very nice caring,clean shelter that works very hard to give the animals a second chance at a well deserved good life. They work with dogs in training ,enrichment & socialization of both dogs & cats to give them a better chance of a successful adoption.
They appreciate their volunteers & are not demanding of amount of volunteer time.Also a pleasant environment to be in.
