Review for Labrador Rescuers, San Diego, CA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Labrador Rescuers is an amazing organization that makes an immense difference in the lives of these beautiful animals! We are so grateful they exist.
Meet "Blondie"! This beautiful 6-year-old was re-homed through this tremendous 100% volunteer-run nonprofit.
In July 2022, Blondie was turned into a shelter by her previous family because they "didn't have time for her". After the shelter contacted them, L.R. jumped into action and sprung her from shelter-jail.
L. R. is diligent! Blondies"s Foster Mom spends weeks insuring dogs are adoptable, then she selects the fur-ever home from applications submitted. She makes sure there is a connection.
The pre-adoption process is detailed and important. The assigned family rep is expedient and conscientious with interviews and a home visit. Volunteers are hard-working in processing potential adoptee parents making sure the animal will have the best life.
We are totally in love with our sweet girl, Blondie. She's settled into our home well and enjoys her 2 new doggies pals, a 4-year-old Lab "Norma Jean" and a13-year-old Shepard mix "Bella" (both adopted too 3 years ago).
If it weren't for L. R.we would have never found this special girl.
We highly recommend L. R. for adoption and also they are a worthy charity for donations.
