As a contractor with First Graduate, I can't tell you how impressed I am with the way the organization serves and honors their staff and clients. Everybody has a voice there and staff gives input into processes right down the line. They have one of the best staff meeting formats I've ever seen among the 60+ organizations I've worked with, including group calling outside people to thank them for things that they have assisted with that month, giving "shout outs" from one staff member to another for things they've done well, and a formal and thoughtful process for deep discussion and decision making on issues as they arise. I have always felt respected and valued there, and the dedicated, invested staff is one of the greatest things about them.
