I have been involved with Women Employed for nearly 50 years in various capacities. Women Employed is always on the cutting edge of issues that affect working women, recognizing challenges early and formulating the advocacy to confront the barriers, policies and practices that hold women back. WE plays a vital role both locally and nationally and is a leader in coalition building to create the greatest impact. For these reasons, WE is at the top of my list for financial support, both giving myself and raising funds for its vital work.

I'm not one who writes reviews of products, places or services. However, NeighborShare is a nonprofit that captured my interest and passion from the very beginning. It fills one of the most significant gaps in helping those in need by making it possible for donors like me to make a impactful difference in the lives of individuals and families whose lives could change with relatively minimal financial aid.

For me, the best gift I ever receive is a friend, colleague or family member making a contribution in my honor. I use NeighborShare to honor others while benefitting those much less fortunate.
