Review for Keshet Inc, Jamaica Plain, MA, USA
Keshet is a wonderful organization in Boston with very committed staff. From Keshet trainings and interactions I have had with staff I've learned a lot about how to be more inclusive especially around trans-issues and I've been proud to march in the Boston Pride Parade with Keshet for the past 2 years.

Ways to make it better...
more events were run by other volunteers instead of just being staff lead. Although I understand how hard this is (and recognize that I'm not stepping up), it doesn't seem sustainable to have an organizer work so many nights.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
that they don't have enough staff to do everything they would like.
