We took a lovely trip to Nepal this past summer. We spent a lot of time with the inspiring students at the Himalayan Children’s Charities. We were not sure what to expect as 15 year old American teenagers, but very soon we encountered the most wonderful, smart, funny, and loving students. They became our friends."

We are working on a video that we shot about our experience. We gained a lot of insight about the life of these students while shooting the video. Even from the short time we were there, we began to realize that the young men and women will achieve great things. They will contribute so much to their society and their people!"Meanwhile, we came to love Nepal and its beautiful mountains and rivers. I plan to return again and again to see all the wonderful friends I made there and their land. Organizations like HCC offer an opportunity to children who have never had a chance but deserve one.
