Review for A Reason To Believe Animal Rescue, Inc. (ARTBAR), Lenore, WV, USA

I worked for a few years as a transport coordinator for Animal Rescue Foundation in Beacon NY and ARTBAR was a great partner in rescuing and bringing at risk dogs up to NY for adoption. Jessica does great work with limited resources in an area where these services are desperately needed.
