Jessica and ARTBAR saved our wonderful dog. He was neglected and left to starve on the streets in West Virginia. Jessica rescued him and paid for a major surgery to remove a massive fatty lipoma which made it so he couldn’t lay down comfortably. He would have died within a few months if she didn’t rescue him. In his before pic you can see his backbone and the large lipoma in his side. Today he is a very happy senior living his best life. Thank you Jessica and ARTBAR for saving the dogs and other animals in need that many others walk away from.
