The self-help reflexology workshops with the World Reflexology Foundation always remind me that I do have the ability, to a degree, to take care of my own health. Recently I had tweaked my lower back. To know how to work on my ears for fast pain relief really helped to reduce the pain significantly. As a reflexologist I do know how to work on myself, but I don't always remember to actually do it. The WRF workshops are the perfect reminder for me! Thank you!
