Review for Kitten Central Of Placer County Incorporated, Newcastle, CA, USA

I have never seen a more dedicated group of men and women taking care of these neonates and small kittens that have just been disposed of or lost .They nurse them back to health until they can be adopted .They are angels!!❤❤❤
