I have followed FRER for years and have made monetary donations several times. I haven't adopted or been to the facility as I live quite a distance away. I once had some general questions on horse rescues in my area and HIlary promptly and courteously answered my emails. I'm also impressed by the fact that not only does Hilary take in horses in need, but she is making a serious effort to change the management of mustangs by the BLM. She is focusing on a source of overpopulation and I admire her effort.
