Udayan care provided me with a great interning experience. I worked for the QANCC project under the ICB Journal. The flexible hours and responsive mentors were the best part. I learned a lot under the project, from at data collection, communicating with children to the ethics of a psychological tool. Apart from the learning experience, working with children from different homes and interacting with them also felt great. If one has the opportunity, they should contribute to the organisation in whatever capacity they can.
