The Maxim Charitable Foundation (MCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides assistance to employees of Maxim Healthcare Services and Maxim Healthcare Staffing Services, Inc and others facing financial hardships.

Since 2010, MCF has helped many experiencing financial hardship across the United States. MCF continues to expand its programs and offerings to Maxim Healthcare Staffing Services' employees and national communities.

MCF is led by Officers, Board of Directors, and MCF Volunteers that meets regularly to oversee the work of the foundation. Our ultimate vision is to touch the lives of those in need through generous donations from MCF supporters.

Since 2020, MCF has branched its charitable footprint nationally by partnering with National foundations providing service days for volunteers. MCF has worked to innovate all fundraisers, to provide virtual fundraiser options for all of Maxim Healthcare's offices, and access to all employees for participation.

Being able to serve those who matter most, and volunteer with MCF has been an incredible experience that is very close to my heart!! Thank you to all of our Donors, Volunteers, and supporters for all you do -- Because of you, we have helped so many!
