Fieldstone Leadership Network in San Diego is a tremendous asset to the nonprofit sector in our city. It is much more than a network. Our organization, Advancing Students Forward, has benefitted in a variety of ways via Fieldstone's robust programing and learning opportunities. Leadership Learning Group, Mentoring/Coaching, Reading Group and Leadership Retreat. Participation in these programs improved my leadership abilities and strengthened my confidence. In turn, these development opportunities have helped us to better serve our clients and strengthen our organization. I appreciate the opportunities to grow in the context of my job, but most importantly how they have helped me to grow as a person. Fieldstone emphasizes the well-being of the nonprofit organizations and their clients, but also the well-being of those leading and working in the sector. I have not found another organization that intentionally offers this type of care. I am grateful to be a part of FLN and the community it fosters. Many thanks!
