This is an excellent organization, which solicits business plans for triple bottom line businesses, that is, companies that want to provide a useful service or product while also doing good for society and/or the planet--while being well enough run to stay in business. The business plan competition is very well run, and the organization does an excellent job or supporting and promoting sustainable business.

I've been to many Speakeasy DC shows and they're consistently excellent: sometimes funny, sometimes moving, but always thought-provoking and worth seeing. And all for the cost of a movie ticket: I think it's one of the best deals in DC.
