Operation Job Ready Vets has been, and continues to be, such a wonderful organization. I've been working with Deborah the past few weeks and from day one I felt seen, understood, and empowered. I received coaching and mentoring within the job application process itself as well as numerous mock interviews which have been invaluable. I can't say enough great things about this organization. A buoy of hope within a very large ocean of unknown and they will help you every step of the way.
