Fistula Foundation delivers hyper-targeted care to a specific subset of folks experiencing intense suffering under circumstance over which they have no control. Funding options (one-time, recurring) are great, as well as the knowledge of the total cost to fund a fistula repair procedure ($538 at the time I gave). Emails are occasional and always useful. I heard about the organization through one of their advocates that gave a talk to my Theology class four years ago.
