I am NOT a fan of this organization. The foster coordinators act like THEY are doing YOU a huge favor by fostering dogs. Their staff is condescending, their techs are very short and just want the animal out after a neuter with little to no follow up instructions and the unprofessionalism is enough to never have me volunteer there again. I am extremely educated and am tired of being talked down to like I have no idea what I’m doing. The inner communication there is ridiculous. They are always in meetings, but I find myself speaking to different people regarding the same questions or concerns repeatedly. Why are there THOUSANDS of dogs being euthanized in the shelter down the street while HW continue to bring puppies over from Tijuana. Because puppies bring in good money. It’s sickening.
