As a clinical social worker who has had the privilege of working with youth over the last 25 years, I have been awestruck by the work One Love has undertaken. Recognizing the tremendous unmet need of the HIV/AIDS population transitioning to adulthood, the program encompasses the essentials; instilling hope, nurturing growth, developing youth leadership and building on the talents and skills of this remarkable population. The creativity, energy and unconditional support the staff lends to their programs make Next Step an invaluable resource that needs our continuous support.

I've attended the One Love conference and observed how the staff and youth work together to foster confidence, hope, shared empathy and healthy interdependency.
