I would highly recommend OAR. I’ve been volunteering as a Navigator at OAR for the last 10 months. They provided all the necessary training and tools needed to be a great Navigator.
As a Navigator, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several job seekers on their resumes and interview skills. It’s been a great experience for me to see the job seekers confidence build and ultimately achieve success.
