The staff at Bacoa is small but mighty! I have seen them go above and beyond for their clients, from giving them rides to social events to making that extra call when they get a question that they are not sure of the answer to. They strive to be experts in their fields by touring other local memory programs so that they are knowledgeable referral sources.
I am proud to volunteer with Bacoa. I feel that my time spent on their fundraiser directly impacts my neighbors.
