I am currently in the Travis Manion Foundation's Spartan Leadership Program and just returned from our Leadership Expedition in Colorado. This program has FAR exceeded my expectations and I am only halfway through my SLP journey. We have been challenged mentally, emotionally, and physically, but are given the tools and resources to complete the tasks at hand. The quiet introspection journalling time, the breakout groups to talk through what it means to be a leader, and the challenges the entire group faces together are some moments I will cherish forever.
