Review for Northwest Philadelphia Interfaith Hospitality Network Inc, Philidelphia, PA, USA
I have been hosting for the Hospitality Network since Germantown Jewish Centre, my synagogue, began participating many years ago. What a wonderful opportunity this is -- both those living in the Network and for the volunteers. So many of the clients are clearly working so hard to get their lives on an even keel, and it is wonderful to be able to assist them in a way that respects their dignity. I particularly love working with the kids.

Role: Volunteer & Hosting dinners during the synagogue rotation; providing dinners; playing with the kids; in additiion, I have recently begun helping with filing tax returns through the Beneifts Bank Progrm.
