I am pleased to write this review of Project HOPE and my experiences with it. For me, Project HOPE continues to be the premier charity to strengthen the capacity of health care workers worldwide. Through its extensive and varied programs, Project HOPE gives health care workers the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to deliver expert care and saves lives. Through its training programs, Project HOPE provides critical knowledge to help frontline healthcare providers prevent the spread of disease, care for patients living through trauma, administer vaccinations, and provide lifesaving neonatal care to newborns.
During this, its 65th Anniversary Year, Project HOPE is addressing such critical areas of concern as the effects of COVID-19 on healthcare workers, the ongoing healthcare crisis in Ukraine, the lethal global health threat of infectious diseases, and reducing maternal and infant mortality.
In the Washington, DC area, the local Project HOPE staff have organized interactive Zoom sessions with donors and other interested individuals to increase the awareness of Project HOPE's programs and activities. Of special note was a Congressional Briefing on Frontline Health Workers that I attended, where Project Hope was one of the participants in a panel discussion of the challenges and needs of healthcare workers around the world.
In the past year, I have been able to increase my interactions and support of Project HOPE's mission and goals. As a result, I strongly urge anyone who is committed to the goal of increasing healthcare access to those who are in desperate need of these services. I strongly believe that supporting Project HOPE is both an effective and financially sound approach to train healthcare workers and save the lives of people around the world.

I first became aware of Project Hope through a magazine's "Charity of the Week" article. I was especially interested in Project Hope's mission of: "...places power in the hands of local health care workers to save lives around the world." By empowering local health care workers, Project Hope substantially increases the success of its programs and activities within its target communities.
For me personally, Project Hope is the charity that best utilizes my donations to help heal the most needy among the world's populations. Here in Washington, DC, the Project Hope staff have organized Zoom sessions with donors and other interested individuals to further detail Project Hope's programs and outreach activities. From these informative sessions, I have gained a greater appreciation of the vital work Project Hope is doing and, as a result, I am now exploring new ways , with the DC Project Hope staff, to support Project Hope in its mission successes.
I strongly urge anyone who is committed to the goal of increasing healthcare access to those who desparately need it, to explore Project Hope's programs and activities. I believe that Project Hope is the premier charity that will accomplish this healthcare access goal.
