The VBAC provides various artistic opportunities for people of varying levels and ages to show their work, improve their work through classes, sell, and have fellowship through its members and the community as they walk through the gallery every month for community art walks.

The scholarship program raises thousands of dollars at the club's festival to provide opportunities for students interested in pursuing an education in art. In addition, the club has a junior member option which is more highly promoted during the summer.

This club reaches out to many individuals making our community a gentler and better place. Its long rich history is part of the Indian River County history.
