I have worked with MATHCOUNTS for over 20 years in various roles, and the best part of the job is seeing the kids at our in-person events where they SHINE! There truly is a path to math for any student through MATHCOUNTS. Whether they value the thrill and challenge of the Competition Series, the teamwork and creativity required of the Math Video Challenge, or the camaraderie and fun of the National Math Club, MATHCOUNTS has something for every 6th, 7th, and 8th grader. I have been fortunate to work with an amazingly talented staff, a supportive and always-strategic board, and the unbelievably dedicated volunteers who make 600 in-person math events happen all over the country. These events are where students find the encouragement and recognition they deserve...and friends who will last a lifetime.
