Ceres manages to do a lot with just a little support ! They provide nutritious and healthy meals to people with illnesses and conditions that restrict their ability to shop and cook for themselves. A friend worked their and absolutely loved the mission and dedication of the staff and volunteers. They are absolutely deserving of more support, be it financial or volunteers.
