The Udayan Care foundation is a vast and well-run organisation with noble motives and a culture of empowerment. Being a part of this organisation as an intern has not just honed my skills but also given me a brilliant opportunity to create a valuable connection with the lives of those several individuals in whom the organisation is trying to bring a change. With an exemplary organisational structure and work culture, Udayan paves its way to accomplish great goals, as evident in the past few decades. During my time here, I worked on projects related to schemes and government programs regarding health, scholarships, and pensions for disabled children, women and the underprivileged. I also contributed to the making of training modules designed for caregivers and children at the Udayan Ghar centres. Working with the NGO has been a fruitful journey of learning several skills, developing various competencies and gaining a sense of contentment.
