Review for Northwest Philadelphia Interfaith Hospitality Network Inc, Philidelphia, PA, USA

I have been volunteering for NPIHN for about 10 years. I think the most obvious sign of its success is that some of the volunteers are former guests in the program. The organization helps the families build the skills they need to succeed and once they move into their new housing, NPIHN continues to interact and make sure that they continue to succeed.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

make available more and better affordable housing so that they could serve more families

Role:  Volunteer & overnight host, dinner host, cook, coordinator for hosting at my synagogue.
