Operation Warm staff and volunteers are truly heroes! There is nothing like helping a student put on a pair of brand new shoes or coat and they look at you and say "are these really mine to keep?". Many of our families have to choose between buying new shoes or a winter coat and putting food on the table. Most all of our students do not have a "new' anything and for them to receive a brand new pair of shoes or winter coat is something that is very special. Operation Warm is an outstanding organization that not only provides brand new shoes and coats for students in need, they give students confidence.
