Active Minds has made me grow as a leader, advocate, and friend. Starting an Active Minds chapter at my school was incredibly rewarding because of the mental health community I was able to create at my high school. From Kindness Events to mental health discussions, Active Minds was a great organization which connected students and their mental health stories!
